Carolyn Eggleston
Carolyn Eggleston holds a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in special and correctional education. She has served as a professor on the faculty of special education at California State University San Bernardino since 1991. She holds teaching credentials in learning disabilities, emotional disturbance, and mental retardation. She has published three books and numerous journal articles on education. She has served on the Board since 2010.
