Mustard Seed Tutorial Center

The Director of Education's responsibilities include assuring the quality of tutoring at Mustard Seed, overseeing the assessment testing process, and training and supporting tutors in their task. She also acts as Chief of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Mustard Seed's tutoring.

Laura Landsaw has served as the head of Mustard Seed’s Educational offerings since 2003. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Education and a minor in Child Psychology. She has overseen continuous growth in student enrollment, designed four new programs in as many years, and dramatically improved the tutor support process. Under her direction, children at Mustard Seed improve an average of three times faster than they would without assistance.
